Typical uses include liquor <br /> stores. <br /> (o) Lodging Services. The Lodging Services use type refers to the <br /> provision of rental guest rooms on a less than weekly basis to <br /> the general public, and the incidental sale of food, drink, <br /> and similar products and services intended for the convenience <br /> of guests. The following are the categories of the Lodging <br /> Services use type: <br /> (1) Bed and Breakfast. Lodging facilities, other than a <br /> motel, that are provided in an existing dwelling <br /> structure and are located in areas designated as <br /> Residential, Commercial, or Agriculture on the General <br /> Plan map. Typical uses include bed and breakfast inns. <br /> (2) Motel. Lodging facilities which are used primarily for <br /> the accommodation of automobile travelers and which are <br /> located in areas designated as Commercial on the General <br /> Plan map. Typical uses include hotels, motels, and inns. <br /> (p) . Nursery Sales. Sale of plants and flowers and related nursery <br /> items. Typical uses include wholesale nurseries, retail <br /> nurseries, and home garden stores; <br /> (q) Recreation, Campgrounds. Areas and services for two or more <br /> campsites for tents or camping vehicles used by the general <br /> public as temporary living quarters for recreational purposes. <br /> Typical uses include recreational vehicle campgrounds and <br /> group tent campgrounds; <br /> (r) Recreation: Hunting and Fishing Clubs. Sports and recreation <br /> clubs using open space or agricultural land for hunting and <br /> fishing purposes. Typical uses include duck clubs and hunting <br /> clubs; . <br /> (s) Recreation: Indoor Participant. Facilities for indoor <br /> participant sport activities. Typical uses include skating <br /> rinks, bowling alleys, billiard parlors, racquet clubs, and <br /> gymnasiums. <br /> (t) Recreation: Indoor Spectator. Indoor facilities for <br /> presenting cultural, entertainment, and athletic events to <br /> spectators or for social or fraternal gatherings. Typical <br /> uses include theaters and exhibition halls. <br /> (u) Recreation, Marinas. Docking, storage, rental, and minor <br /> repair of recreational and fishing boats.
