The employee frequently works in high, <br /> precarious places and is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibrations. The <br /> employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to <br /> toxic or caustic chemicals. <br /> The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. <br /> COMMENTS <br /> The Maintenance Operator will be expected to operate a Fork Lift, help in the time of need in <br /> production, drive company vehicles for pick ups or deliveries and other duties from time to time <br /> that may not be defined in this job description. <br /> On a Daily/Weekly/ Monthly basis, take Temperature Readings, Pressure Readings, Vibration <br /> Readings etc. throughout the plant for Preventive Maintenance. Calibrate and maintain Wastewater <br /> Treatment System, Sign Logs, make out Maintenance Reports, Consumption Reports, Daily <br /> Shift Reports etc. <br /> The Maintenance Operator is required to become knowledgeable in the permit limits of the <br /> Self-Monitoring Program for the City of Stockton's Wastewater Permit, issued to Sumiden Wire <br /> and is expected to be involved in adjusting, handling, loading etc. of RCRA and Non-RCRA <br /> Hazardous Waste as required on a periodic nature and will be trained and tested by the Company <br /> or an outside source on an annual basis. <br />
