<br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE : The business operator must post the fallowing information next to telephones or in
<br /> areas directly Involved In the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency
<br /> telephone number of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the
<br /> telephone number of the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm.
<br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately post the required information at the facility. Provide a statement to the San
<br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete.

<br /> 113 HSC 25160 ,2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years,
<br /> OBSERVATION: Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from 12/ 1812016, 81112017, 3126/2018, 9/21 /2018 &
<br /> 1121 /2019 for hazardous wastes including used oil were not found on site during the Inspection
<br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years.
<br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding
<br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency.
<br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts and maintain them on site.
<br /> Provide a copy of the missing consolidated manifest receipts and a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin
<br /> County Environmental Health Department.
