<br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers
<br /> were:
<br /> -One black metal 55 gallon drum of used absorbent was observed inside the plant without hazardous properties on
<br /> the label.
<br /> ,,One black metal 65 gallon drum of used absorbent was observed in the hazardous waste storage area without
<br /> hazardous properties on the label.
<br /> -qne black metal 56 gallon drum of oily sludge was observed in the hazardous waste storage area with a damaged
<br /> label.
<br /> -One black metal 55 gallon drum of oily sludge was observed in the hazardous waste storage area without an
<br /> accumulation start date. This was corrected on site ,
<br /> "One cardboard box of dried paint liners was observed in the hazardous waste storage area without a hazardous
<br /> waste label
<br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE : All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the
<br /> words " Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition
<br /> (contents), accumulation start date
<br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : The violation was corrected during the inspection by completely labeling all hazardous
<br /> waste containers. No further action is required to correct this violation.
<br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il .
<br /> Overall Inspection Comments :
<br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement
<br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation , and any supporting
<br /> paperwork, by January 6 , 2020 ,
