In addition, a groundwater monitoring well <br /> should be installed downgradient of B-2Y to determine groundwater condition in respect to petroleum } <br /> J hydrocarbons (dieseI). This additional data point would further define groundwater quality that may have <br /> been impacted from the unauthorized release. <br /> Please be advised that it is the responsibility of this agency to ensure and maintain compliance with all <br /> applicable underground storage tank laws,and regulations within our jurisdiction.
