Highway 12 <br /> Lodi, CA 95242 <br /> NOTICE OF ADOPTION <br /> OF <br /> NEW WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS ORDER <br /> FOR <br /> VAN RUITEN—TAYLOR RANCH LTD. <br /> VAN RUITEN—TAYLOR WINERY LLC <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) Order No. R5-2003-0179 for the Van Ruiten—Taylor Winery <br /> LLC was adopted by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, at its <br /> 5 December 2003 meeting. <br /> Please note that the WDRs contain compliance schedules with specific timetables for submitting reports <br /> and conducting studies to the wastewater system. The first scheduled due date is 5 January 2004, when <br /> you must submit information on your stormwater system. In addition, the WDRs contain a Monitoring <br /> and Reporting Program (MRP) which contains specified monitoring requirements for you to implement. <br /> Please review the MRP closely so that you may establish the appropriate sampling schedules and <br /> protocols. A copy of the Order must be maintained at the facility and must be accessible to anyone <br /> operating the waste treatment system. <br /> If you have any questions regarding your new WDRs, please call Tim O'Brien at (916) 464-4616. <br /> WENDY S.
