Approximately one year from the date of the installations of the
new wells (approximately January 1993), all wells will be sampled. This sequence should provide
quarterly data on impacted wells and down gradient wells, without repetitive sampling of clean, up-
gradient and cross gradient wells [MW-1, MW-3, MW-4, MW-7, and MW-81.
Quarterly reports will be prepared including tabulated groundwater monitoring and analytical data, all
relevant data collected in the field, analytical reports, and maps of the potentiometric surface,
dissolved benzene and TPH-as-gasc:ine concentrations. These reports would submitted within four
weeks of the date of field work.
5.0 CLOSURE
The secondary assessment phase is anticipated to take approximately 6-8 weeks to complete. The
actual start date (and schedule' will depend on the date of approval from the SJCEHD. Please contact
Groundwater Technology's West Sacramento office if you have questions regarding this work plan.
6.0 REFERENCES
Lammersville Elementary School District, Project History on Contaminated Soil & Water Clean Up at
Lammersville School, September 1991,
Groundwater Technology, Inc., Report, Subsurface Hydrocarbon Investigation, Lammersville School
District, 16555 West Von Sosten Road,Tracy, California, August 10, 1987.
GroundwaterTechnology,Inc.,Problem Assessment Report,Lammersville School District,16555 West
Von Sosten Road,Tracy, California, July 16, 1990.
:.'GROL1NUYY:aTER
TECHNOLOGY,INC.
