Work Plan,Decommissioning Monitoring Wells MW-3,MW-4,and MW-7 <br /> L 2130 West Washington Street <br /> Stockton,California <br /> Sierra-Pacific Project No.92-033.04 <br /> 3.4 Report Writing and Correspondence <br /> r A brief Report of Results will be prepared upon completion of the fieldwork. <br /> L� <br /> 4.0 HEALTH AND SAFETY PROGRAM <br /> A detailed Health and Safety (H&S) Planto support the fieldwork was developed as a separate and <br /> stand-alone document for previous Sierra-Pacific work at the Washington Street facility. Risks <br /> associated with well abandonment procedures include accidental contact with overhead electrical power <br /> lines and buried utilities. Drilling truck operations pose an additional risk. All workers at the site will <br /> be required to have 40-hour OSHA training and participate in site safety meetings,discussions of work <br /> (� safety, and the establishment of sound emergency procedures. Hard hats, eye protection, steel-toed <br /> W boots,protective gloves, and high visibility vests will be worn at the facility. <br /> 5.0 SCHEDULE <br /> The work described herein can be initiated within 30 working days following permitting and Unocal <br /> authorization to proceed. Completion is also contingent upon weather,drilling contractors,and materials <br /> availability.
