Risks <br /> associated with well abandonment procedures include accidental contact with overhead electrical power <br /> lines and buried utilities. Drilling truck operations pose an additional risk. All workers at the site will <br /> be required to have 40-hour OSHA training and participate in site safety meetings,discussions of work <br /> (� safety, and the establishment of sound emergency procedures. Hard hats, eye protection, steel-toed <br /> W boots,protective gloves, and high visibility vests will be worn at the facility. <br /> 5.0 SCHEDULE <br /> The work described herein can be initiated within 30 working days following permitting and Unocal <br /> authorization to proceed. Completion is also contingent upon weather,drilling contractors,and materials <br /> availability.
