(AGE)has prepared this <br /> Phase // Site Assessment Report for the property at 18754 East State Route 26, Linden, <br /> California (the property or subject property). The scope of work included advancement of <br /> eleven soil borings for collection of soil samples. The location of the property is illustrated <br /> on Figure 1. Major features on the property and soil boring locations are illustrated on <br /> Figure 2. Boring locations are also shown on site photographs, provided in Appendix A. <br /> INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND <br /> The subject property is located on the southside of East State Route 26, between Ione and <br /> Bonham Streets, in the community of Linden within unincorporated San Joaquin County. <br /> The property is developed as a grocery store known as Orlando's Market with a Chevron- <br /> branded gasoline service station and an automated carwash. The service station contains <br /> a canopy area with six double-sided fuel dispensers and two 15,000 gallon USTs. The <br /> carwash does utilize a clarifier (oil/water separator). Based on the age of the USTs and <br /> clarifier, a series of soil probe borings were advanced for collection of soil samples to <br /> determine if the UST fueling system and clarifier have impacted the subject property. <br /> SOIL PROBE BORING ADVANCEMENT <br /> On 14 February 2013, AGE advanced eleven soil borings (131 through 1311)at the subject <br /> property, under SJCEHD Permit SR#66542 (Appendix B).
