The <br /> following information, to the best of his knowledge, was provided: <br /> • The property has been owned by the Fredriks family since the 1940s and utilized <br /> for agricultural purposes. <br /> • The property was utilized for row crops, then grapes, and followed up by almonds <br /> since the 1990s to 2000s. <br /> • All original structures are present, including a dwelling and shop located at <br /> 23203 South Austin Road. <br /> • Mr. Fredriks began operating a greenhouse at the property in 1987. Between the <br /> late 1980s and early 2000s, greenhouse structures, shade houses, office, break <br /> room, and warehouse structures were constructed. <br /> • The commercial nursery was sold in 2019, and Mr. Fredriks plans to split the <br /> nursery property from subject parcel 226-150-270 and retain the almond orchard. <br />
