Conditions of Approval <br /> MS-92-0232 <br /> Page 2 <br /> d. The subdivision' s street name shall be approved by the <br /> Community Development Department. <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-915. 2) <br /> b. Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" <br /> on Parcel Map. • (Subdivision Map Act Section 66445) <br /> c. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently <br /> is $2 , 882. 00 per single/multi family dwelling unit in the <br /> Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost <br /> Index as published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> d. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910. 20) <br /> e. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The <br /> fee currently is $1,069 . 00 per single family dwelling <br /> unit.' If there is no building permit required, the fee <br /> will be exempt. 'The fee shall. be automatically increased <br /> on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6. 9 percent. An <br /> additional 3 .5 percent shall be added to the fee upon <br /> payment for processingand administering the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> f. The frontage improvements for Moreing Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of a 50-foot right-of-way local residential street. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1100. 3) <br /> g. The private road shall be named and improved in <br /> conformance with County Standards for local residential <br /> street (excluding sidewalk) . (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1145 . 5) <br /> h. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the county of <br />
