Box 844 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Dear Mr. Conrad: <br /> RE: APN 121-100-55 & -56 <br /> In response to a request concerning water service to the proposed development <br /> mentioned above, we offer the following comments: <br /> In order to provide service, the Company will extend its mains and install services <br /> to all lots in accordance with the extension rules in effect and on file with the <br /> California Public Utilities Commission. A copy of these rules is enclosed. Your <br /> attention is directed to Sections A and C of the rule, which applies to an extension <br /> installed for service to a new subdivision or development. <br /> Water service will be provided, upon request to each lot in the subdivision. Water <br /> supplied to all customers in the Stockton District meet all potability requirements <br /> of the California Department of Health Services. Additionally, the water system has <br /> been designed to meet normal requirements for domestic and fire suppression <br /> purposes. <br /> The applicant will enter into an extension agreement within the Company and will <br /> deposit the estimated cost of making the extension in accordance with the agreement. <br /> The Company will provide water service at the rates and in accordance with the rules <br /> and regulations of the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE <br /> M.
