Conrad, P.E.
Kjeldsen-Sinnock & Associates, Inc.
1113 West Fremont Street
Post Office Box 844
Stockton, CA 95201-0844
CITY SANITARY SEWER AVAILABILITY (APN 121-100-55 & 56)
This is in response to your letter of September 17, 1992, to Mr. Duane Cox of my staff.
The proposed minor subdivision in question is located in our Sewer Collection System #3. At
the present time, there is sufficient capacity in the 12 inch line in this Collection System on
Country Club Boulevard to accommodate the sanitary sewer discharge from the proposed five
service connections. It will be necessary for the developer to construct a sewer main extension
on Moreing Road, south from Country Club Boulevard, in order to receive sanitary sewer
service for this development.
The developer must also make application to the Public Works Department for service, and
comply with all applicable rules, regulations and conditions for such service which are in effect
at the time application for service is submitted. Payment of all applicable fees and charges must
be made before service will be provided.
This is not to be construed as-a reservation of capacity for future development. It is only a
statement of the existing condition of the collection system in the area of concern.
MORRIS L.
