MS-92-232 OF WILLARD C. <br /> AND LAVERNE COLLINS (C/O RJELDSEN-SINNOCR & ASSOCIATES) <br /> The request is a Minor Subdivision application to subdivide two <br /> parcels containing a total of 4 . 5 acres into four urban-sized <br /> parcels (containing 16, 452 , 16 , 416, 15 , 660 , and 15 , 876-square feet <br /> respectively) and a designated remainder of 2 . 49 acres . The <br /> subdivision is proposed to be served by a private road. The <br /> property is located on the east side of Moreing Road, 313 feet <br /> south of Country Club Boulevard in Stockton. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and intends to approve it subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of approval <br /> unless, (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, and <br /> (2 ) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor' s <br /> Division. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on - Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. Parcels 1 through 4 shall contain between 6 , 000 and 17 , 500 <br /> square feet. (Section 9-310 . 3{a} of the Development Title) <br /> Parcel sizes shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> b. The minimum width of Parcels 1 through 4 shall be sixty (60) <br /> feet.
