Street trees shall be required as follows (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020. 6) : <br /> 1. Trees shall be spaced at a maximum of sixty (60) foot <br /> intervals, with a minimum of one tree per street <br /> frontage. <br /> 2 . For corner lots, trees shall be required on both street <br /> frontages. The trees cannot interfere with sight <br /> distances and setbacks. <br /> 3 . Trees shall be five (5) gallons in size. <br /> 4 . Placement of trees shall be consistent with this <br /> Section' s location requirements. <br /> 5. Trees shall be planted prior to the final inspection of <br /> the individual residences built on Parcels 1 through 4 . <br /> d. The subdivision's street name shall be approved by the <br /> Community Development Department. <br /> COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any <br /> claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its <br /> agents, officers, or employees to attack, set aside, void, or <br /> annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, appeal <br /> board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which <br /> action is brought within the time provided for in Section <br /> 66499 . 37 of the Government Code. <br /> MS92232 .DC <br />
