COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> MS-92-232 <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee <br /> currently is $1, 069 . 00 per single family dwelling unit. If <br /> there is no building permit required, the fee will be exempt. <br /> The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year at the rate of 6.9 percent. An additional 3 . 5 percent <br /> shall be added to the fee upon payment for processing and <br /> administering the program. (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 6. The frontage improvements for Moreing Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of <br /> a 50-foot right-of-way local residential street. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> 7. The private road shall be named and improved in conformance <br /> with County Standards for local residential street <br /> (excluding sidewalk) . (Development Title Section 9-1145. 5) <br /> 8. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement <br /> Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> All improvement plans and specification must be approved by <br /> the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> approval of the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-915. 2) <br /> 9. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to <br /> the approval of the Parcel Map, the subdivider shall execute <br /> an agreement with the County of San Joaquin insuring the <br /> completion of improvements within one (1) year after filing <br /> the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1100. 3) <br /> 10. Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision and the <br /> frontage of Moreing Road. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 11) <br /> 11. The project shall be served by a public water system <br /> conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and <br /> the Department of Public Works. The system shall provide <br /> adequate domestic and fire water supply in conformance to the <br /> requirements of the County Fire Warden and the local Fire <br /> District. A "Will Serve" letter from the California Water <br /> Service Company shall be required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115. 2) <br /> 12 . A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the <br /> requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage for <br /> the subdivision.
