Located on the E. side of Moreing Rd. , S. of Country Club Blvd. , Stockton. APPLICANT: W. & L. Collins APN: 121-100-55 & 56 INFORMATION: The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. Moreing Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) 2 . Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" on Parcel Map. (Subdivision Map Act Section 66445) 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $2 , 882 . 00 per single/multi family dwelling unit in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. ) (Resolution R-90-304, R-91-1025) 4 .
