Collins APN: 121-100-55 & 56 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Moreing Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2 . Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" on <br /> Parcel Map. (Subdivision Map Act Section 66445) <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $2 , 882 . 00 per single/multi family dwelling unit in the <br /> Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost <br /> Index as published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304, R-91-1025) <br /> 4 .
