M. Street lighting shall be provided for the development and <br /> along the frontage of Cardinal Avenue and East Main <br /> Street. <br /> n. A County Service Area shall be formed prior to the <br /> acceptance of the Final Map to provide for the operation <br /> and maintenance of the storm drainage system and street <br /> lighting. <br /> o. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. The fee currently is <br /> $2 , 627 . 00 for each single-family dwelling unit in the <br /> Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> annually by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News record. <br /> 3 . ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION: <br /> a. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required which states that they have the capacity to <br /> serve the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards. <br /> b. Connection to a public sewer system is required. Prior <br /> to recording the Final Map, a letter from the sewer <br /> district will be required which states that they have the <br /> capacity to serve the proposed project. <br /> 4 . STOCKTON FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> a. The developer shall install fire hydrants to District <br /> specifications. <br /> NOTE: On April 18 , 1991, the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission approved TE-91-9 for SU-88-6 subject to the <br /> Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 3 - (SU-88-6/TE-91-9) <br />
