This access is <br /> not sufficient to meet standards for a public road. <br /> The proposed access to the subdivision is by 50-foot-wide <br /> public roads (Vacco Road and Golden Hills Place) . Vacco Road <br /> is currently a private road that serves Peter Vacco' s property <br /> located just east of the proposed subdivision property. <br /> The Department of Public Works has provided Conditions of <br /> Approval for both Golden Hills Place and Vacco Road. Golden <br /> Hills Place is to be improved to a 50-foot-wide right-of-way <br /> rural road standard (32-foot-wide pavement section) . Vacco <br /> Road is also to be improved to rural road standards, except <br /> the pavement width is to be 20 feet. Vacco Road is to be <br /> graded, and the roadside ditches are to be constructed to <br /> conform with an ultimate 32-foot pavement width. <br /> Vacco Road from Fine Road through the east right-of-way return <br /> for Golden Hills Place will be acquired by the applicant and <br /> dedicated to the County. If the applicant is unable to <br /> acquire this portion of Vacco Road from the existing property <br /> owner, the subdivider will request that the County acquire the <br /> road, with all expenses to be borne by the subdivider. <br /> Access to Lot No. 1 of the• proposed subdivision will be <br /> limited to the 25-foot-wide driveway from Fine Road and will <br /> not have access from Golden Hills Place. <br /> No evidence is present to indicate physical changes in <br /> circumstance regarding access and circulation. <br /> FACILITIES/SERVICES: <br /> Sewage Disposal/Water Supply: <br /> Water is proposed to be provided by individual wells. Public <br /> Health Services has provided Conditions of Approval concerning <br /> the proposed wells. <br /> Sewage disposal will be by private individual septic systems. <br /> The project site failed an initial percolation test. Public <br /> Health Services required additional percolation tests to be <br />
