The grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 (1) . <br /> C. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> f. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit. <br /> 6. LINDEN-PETERS FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> a. The access road shall be a minimum of 20 feet wide. <br /> b. The access road shall have a minimum vertical clearance <br /> of 13 feet, 6 inches. <br /> C. The fire apparatus access road shall be designed and <br /> maintained to support the imposed loads of fire apparatus <br /> with a compaction not less than 90 percent, and the road <br /> shall be provided with a surface to provide all-weather <br /> driving capabilities. <br /> d. The end of the access . road shall have a turnaround <br /> sufficient for the turning around of fire apparatus. If <br /> a cul-de-sac is to be used, as shown on the map, it shall <br /> have a radius of not less than 50 feet, not including <br /> parking areas. <br /> e. Plans for the access road and turnaround shall be <br /> submitted to the Fire District for approval. <br />
