AMENDED <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> z <br /> DP-89-9 <br /> QUALITY ASSURED PACKING ?� <br /> :I <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall be =? <br /> complied with prior to the issuance of any building permits for <br /> new construction ; Conditions applicable to existing development <br /> i <br /> shall be met immediately. <br /> i <br />' PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> 1 . An Improvement Plan , prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer , <br /> showing drainage , driveway access details , on-site parking , and <br /> grading , shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works <br /> for approval . Lot R shall be used for drainage pond for the <br /> total development . Pond shall be sized to current standards <br /> and calculations shall be submitted for approval . i <br /> 2 . Legal access across S .T. &E . Railroad property to Arata Road for <br /> emergency vehicles shall be provided. <br /> 3 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . The additional shop/storage building must be located a minimum <br /> of ten ( 10) feet from the existing sewage disposal system. <br /> 2. The existing sewage disposal system must be barricaded so it <br /> cannot be driven upon , parked on , or have material stored on <br /> top of it . <br /> i <br /> BUILDING DIVISION , <br /> 1 . The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division <br /> a. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.A. C . , Title 24 ) . <br /> b. Secure Building Permits for the two (2) temporary trailers <br /> approved by the Planning Division (MU-89-1 ) prior to <br /> securing building permits for new construction. <br /> C . Submit plans and secure permits for work previously done <br /> without permits . <br />
