Parking shall be provided for the physically handicapped . <br /> The space(s ) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C. A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> b. Identification signs for the parking space(s ) , including <br /> the "tow away" sign , shall be provided at each entrance or <br /> be visible from each space (C.A.C. , Title 24) . <br /> C. The slope of the parking space(s ) shall not exceed 1/4 <br /> inch per foot (C.A.C . ,. Title 24 ) . <br /> AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> 1 . Dust control practices shall be instituted during all <br /> construction on the site. <br /> NOTE : The District request that the applicant take <br /> preventative measures to control road dust on the <br /> site. A copy of the District 's letter in response to <br /> this application is enclosed for your information . <br /> 1 <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> 1 . The temporary trailer located northeast of the process building <br /> shall be removed from the property prior to the issuance of an <br /> Occupancy Permit for the proposed storage/shop building The <br /> expiration. date for the Nonresidential Mobileunit Permit is <br /> July 6 , 1991 . A new application shall be submitted and <br /> approved if the use is to continue beyond that date. <br /> 2 . The eastern portion of the parcel , designated on the site plan <br /> to contain sixty (60) parking spaces , shall be used exclusively <br /> for automobile parking during the cannery season . <br /> 3 . All off—site storage or on—site vehicle parking shall be <br /> confined to areas where such activity is legally permitted . <br /> 4 . All new construction and improvements shall conform to the <br /> approved site plan and improvement plan. <br /> NOTE : Any modification of the above conditions or approved plan <br /> shall only be by a "Revision of Approval" application or <br /> by the filing of a new application. <br />
