The waste is transfered to a bucket <br /> that is mixed with used oil generated from crushing oil filters. The mix is then added to the used oil tank and <br /> disposed of on a consolidated manifest for the used oil. If used oil is contaminated with a hazardous waste,the <br /> resulting mixture shall be managed as hazardous waste. Immediately begin handling all used oil contaminated with <br /> hazardous waste as hazardous waste. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 207 HSC 25144.6(b)Failure to properly manage reusable soiled textile materials. <br /> The facility has the rags serviced by Mission. Receipts for the last three years were not available for review during <br /> the inspection. Receipts for laundered rags are required to be kept for three years. Please provide 2018 records to <br /> the Environmental Health Department. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 406 CCR 66261.7 Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> In the storage area: <br /> -One brown 55 gallon steel drum was observed without an empty date. <br /> Near the back work station: <br /> -Four blue 55 gallon poly drums were observed without an empty date. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum was observed without an empty date. <br /> Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they <br /> were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty containers <br /> per this section. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 501 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label stationary hazardous waste tanks. <br /> The used oil tank was observed without a proper label. All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste"and the accumulation start date.
