o For permitted facilities, the survey plat and record of <br /> _ the type, location, - and quantity of hazardous wastes <br /> disposed of within each cell or area of the facility have <br /> been filed with the local zoning authority or the <br /> authority with jurisdiction over local land use and with <br /> the Department. <br /> Q. Liability Requirements / <br /> Where applicable, a copy of the insurance policy or other <br /> documentation which comprises compliance with the liabilities <br /> requirements of Title 22, CAC, Article 17 . <br /> R Topographic flap <br /> A topographic map showing a distance of 2,000 feet around the <br /> facility at a scale of 2.5 centimeters (1 inch) equal to not <br /> more than 61.0 meters (200 feet) . Contours shall be shown on <br /> the map. The contour interval shall be sufficient to clearly <br /> show the pattera or surface water flow in the vicinity of and <br /> the f <br /> from each operatioaa'_ unit of acility. Surrounding <br /> land uses (residential, commercial, <br /> agricultural, recrea- oral) . <br /> 5. A wind rose (i-e. , prevailing windspeed and direction)- <br /> 6. orientation of the map (north arrow) . <br /> 7 . ie al boundaries of the hazardous waste facility site. <br /> g <br /> S. Access control (fences, gates) . <br /> 9 . injection and withdrawal wells, both on site and off <br /> site. <br /> ,.rez=went, storage, or disposal operations; or <br /> 10.
