The Hater Board replied on Jan. 15, 1986 with <br /> the following comments: <br /> 1 . Asphalt Sampling - Requested soil samples under <br /> asphalt/ concrete be made. <br /> Action - Consideration is being given. <br /> 2. Drainage Ditch Sampling <br /> Requested: <br /> a. Contaminated runoff be contained. <br /> b. Sample South yard runoff. <br /> Action: <br /> a. Runoff from North yard will be retained <br /> with a 6" berm <br /> b.
