Present building floor drawings systems. <br /> xiii. Past and present washdown and cleanup areas. <br /> xiv. Present impoundments, sumps, tanks, and pipelines. <br /> xv. Product storage areas. <br /> xvi. Wastewater treatment and disposal systems. <br /> B. Hazardous materials/waste description - provide the following for each <br /> hazardous material/waste historically or currently handled, stored, <br /> spilled, or disposed on the site: <br /> i. The hazardous constituents chemical names, synonyms, trade names, <br /> formulas, and concentrations. <br /> ii . Physical and chemical properties (i.e. , molecular weight, melting <br /> point, boiling point, vapor pressure, flash point, water solubility) . <br /> iii. Past and present annual quantities handled, stored, or deposited on the <br /> site. , <br /> iv. Human health and environmental hazards. <br /> v. Critical routes and permissible limits for human exposure. <br /> vi. Degradation products or by-products. <br /> vii. Description of handling, storage, and disposal procedures. <br /> viii. Water solubility or extractability of hazardous materials/waste. <br /> ix. Leachability of hazardous materials through source soils. <br /> 4. Within forty-five (45) calendar days following submittal of the soil and <br /> groundwater sampling report to the Department, Marley shall submit to the <br /> Department three (3) conceptual plans of correction for remedial action at <br /> the site to correct the violations alleged in the September 30, 1983 <br /> Settlement Agreement. One of these plans must propose removing the retorts <br /> and total removal of all contaminated soil. All three proposals must <br /> include documented cost estimates. Marley must include adequate <br /> rationale for the correction plan which they prefer. Tile Department will <br /> review the proposals and approve the plan which addresses the violations <br /> and ensures the future protection of the public health and the environment. <br />
