-5- <br /> 5. Marley shall then submit the Final Plan of Correction, within thirty (30) <br /> days from the date the Department approves the Conceptual Plan. The Plan <br /> of Correction shall address, but not be limited to, the following: <br /> a. A map showing the areas and depth of meterial to be removed; <br /> b. The methods to be used in removing, containing, and disposing of the <br /> material ; <br /> c. A groundwater cleanup program. <br /> d. Safety precautions, including protective equipment, personnel mon- <br /> itoring, and methods used to limit access to the property; a list of <br /> decontamination methods for equipment and personnel and any other <br /> precautions taken to minimize off-site contamination; <br /> e. The soil sampling plan to confirm that removal of contaminated soil is <br /> complete prior to backfilling the area; <br /> f. A transportation and safety plan prepared by the hauler outlining pro- <br /> cedures to be used by the hauler; <br /> g. Identify the disposal site where the material removed will be taken; <br /> h. Continued ground water monitoring after completion of corrective <br /> measures; <br /> i. Deed restriction; and <br /> j. Compliance with all closure and post-closure requirements for all <br /> existing hazardous waste facilities at the site. <br /> k. A schedule for initiation, implementation, and completion of all <br /> elements of the Plan of Correction. <br /> 6. Marley shall initiate the approved Plan of Correction in compliance with <br /> the above within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the Department <br /> gives final approval to thee Plan of CorrectionMarley shall implement the <br /> approved Plan of Correction in compliance with the above and shall complete <br /> all corrective measure within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the <br /> Department gives final approval to the Plan of Correction. <br />
