American Moulding
Evaluation of Hydrocarbon Mobility dated July 1995) are not acceptable due to the
current hydrological conditions. Submit a Work Plan to PHS/EHD for the additional
investigation work required for this site by August 30, 1998.
The Work Plan should include a survey of domestic, municipal, agricultural, industrial
and any other wells within a 2,000 foot radius of this site. Contact the Dept. Of Water
Resources, municipal water suppliers and nearby industries. Perforin a physical search of
the area to identify any wells. Show locations of all wells, submit the construction details
of the wells and evaluate the influence of pumping with respect to the migration of the
contamination.
In addition:
i
1) Begin Quarterly Monitoring of groundwater at this site. On all future Quarterly
Monitor Reports (QMRs) tabulate all TPHD sampling data(historical and to date).
2) Provide a rose diagram of all gradient determinations from the first gradient
determination to present(upgrade this diagram every sampling event).
3) On all QMR maps, show previous Underground Storage Tank (UST) locations and all
DMWs-
4) Purge water must be properly containerized and stored on site (or other PHS/EHD
approved area). All containers must be appropriately labeled as to content, date of
{ accumulation, etc. Disposal of all purge water must be documented.
. The soils should be sampled 5) Soil stockpiles remain at this site led and disposed of P
properly.
After installation of the additional MW(s) and PHS/EHD review of their sampling data,
the need for remediation will be evaluated.
