HOOD FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM DEPLOYED. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7;113700.All <br /> violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health and have the <br /> potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Inspection conducted this date, the following observations were noted: <br /> The fire behind the fryers occurred on September 13, 2020 about 10 PM after close. <br /> The fire suppression system was activated. The fire suppression system was recharged with restaurant, CO2,on September <br /> 14, 2020. <br /> This facility is equipped with gas water heater. <br /> The contractor will be on site within couple hours to confirm no further leakage and restore the water heater. <br /> Do not open this facility until an inspection.
