The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for Tracy Texaco as of December 16, 2020. Open violations from September 08, 2020 inspection CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ Supporting documents included ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation #209 - Failure to maintain the "Facility Employee Training Certificate" on-site (after October 1, 2018). OBSERVATION: On the Facility Employee Training Certificate dated 8/26/2020, the "initial training dates" listed for the employees were after the "date of assuming responsibility as a facility employee." The initial training dates are not accurate and are the same as the date of training; several of the employees are listed as having received training on previous training logs. REGULATION GUIDANCE: All site employees must be trained prior to taking responsibility as a facility employee if after October 1, 2018, or within 30 days of hire if prior to October 1, 2018. The Facility Employee Training Certificate shall contain accurate information for all employees trained.
