SAN J D AR I N Environmental Health Department <br /> I Y <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> Core&Main, LP FP 732 1 1615 S STOCKTON ST, LODI December 17, 2019 <br /> appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> Documents provided during inspection: Hazardous waste labeling information, Schedule of Free CUPA Classes, <br /> Return to Compliance (RTC) Certification + Corrective Action Statements form <br /> Waste streams found: universal waste aerosols, oily solids (gloves, absorbent, rags, used hydraulic oil, used <br /> engine oil, metal fines, universal waste lamps, universal waste batteries (cadmium, alkaline, and nickel), used oil <br /> filters <br /> Note: The following items were corrected during the inspection. <br /> 303. Failed to maintain spill control equipment. Observed oily liquid in secondary containment equipment and <br /> metal fines surrounding secondary equipment. This was corrected during the inspection by Rob Ergonis. <br /> -Oily liquid was cleaned up and all waste generated was placed in the hazardous waste oily solids container <br /> during the inspection. <br /> -The metal fines were cleaned up and placed in the hazardous waste metal fines container. <br /> 604. Failed to mark satellite containers with date filled within three days. In the hazardous waste designated <br /> area, observed a full satellite 55 gallon drum containing oily rags, oily gloves, and oil filters. This drum was <br /> moved from saatellite are when filled to capacity but did not have the date written when it became full. This was <br /> corrected during the inspection by Rob Ergonis adding the date the container became full. <br /> 605. Failed to completely label containers of hazardous waste. Hazardous waste containers were observed <br /> on-site with incomplete labeling.
