Additionally,discussion of conclusions and recommendations derived from the data <br /> shall be presented. <br /> i <br /> The following figures may (if appropriate) be included in the report: site map, soil boring and <br /> monitoring well location map, groundwater potentiometric map and hydrogeologic cross section, <br /> Additionally,the following iteem may(if appropriate)be imluded in the report, permits, boring/well <br /> logs,well development data,soil and groundwater sampling records,chain-of-custody doc wnentation <br /> and laboratory data sheets. <br /> The results of the groundwater investigation shall be documented in a technical report. The report <br /> shall contain discussions of the actions, methods, results and determinations of tasks outlined in this <br /> workplan. Analytical data shall he discussed and summa 'zed in a tabular format, The following <br /> figures and supporting documentation shall be included in the report: site map, hydrogeologic cross <br /> section, groundwater elevation contour neap, well logs and construction details, well development <br /> records, groundwater sampling records, chain-of-custody forms and laboratory data shoats. <br /> VI. SCHMULING <br /> The implementation of this work plan shall proceed with all due haste upon approval by the local LIA <br /> and the CVRWQCB.
