Kennedy/Jenks/Chilton
Task 6 - Prepare Preliminary Site Assessment Report
Following the completion of Tasks 1 through 5, a letter report will be
prepared. The letter report will include a summary of drilling and sampling
methods, results of laboratory analyses of soil and groundwater samples, and
interpretations of field and laboratory data. Also included in the letter
report will be boring logs for the monitoring wells denoting stratigraphy and
site plans indicating the locations of monitoring wells and samples collected
from the storage yard and warehouse building. These locations will be
determined by taping distance from identifiable landmarks. Groundwater
elevations will be referred to a common datum determined for the site. The
report will conclude with recommendations for further investigations if
necessary or conceptual alternatives for site remediation if warranted.
6
