The report will include a summary of the tank removal process, <br /> the procedures and results from the groundwater monitoring well <br /> installation and sampling, the results of the surface soil investigation <br /> and a description of the disposal methods used for the pesticides, the <br /> storage trailers and soil containing DDT. The report will also include <br /> an estimated schedule for completing the backfilling operations resulting <br /> from the tank removal . <br /> PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> We are prepared to begin work immediately upon receiving written <br /> authorization to proceed. We will arrange for the drilling operation to <br /> begin within four weeks of receiving authorization from the San Joaquin <br /> Local Health District, the DHS and the CVRWQCB (if required) . Surface <br /> soil sampling will be coordinated during the same week of well <br /> installation. Soil excavation and transportation and pesticide container <br /> removal from the storage trailer will be coordinated within six weeks of <br /> receipt of the results of the surface soil analyses. Eight weeks have <br /> been allocated for preparing plans and specifications, selecting a <br /> contractor, obtaining County approval , and performing tank removal . Tank <br /> removal activities are anticipated to take three days. The draft Phase <br /> II Site Investigation and Remediation Report will be submitted to Cal - <br /> Farm Supply within six weeks of completing field activities. Depending <br /> upon the extent of comments in the draft report, a final Phase II Site <br /> Investi-gation Report will be submitted to Cal -Farm Supply, the San <br /> Joaquin Local Health District, the Department of Health Services, and the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board within two weeks of receipt of <br /> comments. <br /> WP003:CALFARM.WP A - 9 <br />
