A <br /> ' copy of the manifest is included in Appendix D. <br /> Storage trailer number 2 was crushed using a backhoe at the Cal-Farm <br /> Supply facility on 24 September 1990. The trailer was then transported <br /> ' to the Kettleman Hills Class I Landfill in Kettleman City, California <br /> for disposal on 24 October 1990. The storage trailer was transported by <br /> Channel Trucking, Inc. under a Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest.
