Cal -Farm was identified as the owner <br /> ' of the vacant fields during the preliminary site investigation. The <br /> approximate boundaries of the property owned by Cal -Farm are shown on <br /> Figure 2. <br /> AGENCY RECORDS REVIEW <br /> A telephone survey of State and County agency representatives was <br /> ' conducted to locate files or information relating to the vacant field <br /> adjacent to the Cal-Farm facility A preliminary title report was <br /> performed on the Cal-Farm facility revealed that the facility was <br /> ' comprised of two parcels (APN 145-030-004 and 145-061-001) . The <br /> information obtained from the preliminary title report is included in <br /> Appendix F. The addresses of the parcels are 2040 W. Washington Street, <br /> Stockton, and 1922 W Washington Street, Stockton <br /> ' Plat maps of the two parcels were obtained from the San Joaquin County <br /> Assessor's Office. The maps, showing the locations of the facility and <br /> the vacant lot, are provided on Figures 13 and 14, respectively <br /> The California Department of Health Services (DHS) Toxic Substances <br /> Control Program maintains computerized records of sites on the following <br /> ' lists: <br /> • Abandoned Sites Program Information System (ASPIS) <br /> ' Cortese List <br /> Bond Expenditure Plan <br /> ' The Cal -Farm parcels were not listed in the DHS files. <br /> The only files maintained by the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services (formerly the San Joaquin County Local Health District) and the <br /> ' Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board are in regards to <br /> the 2040 W. Washington Street facility <br /> ' The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner maintains files for a <br /> period of five years for permits granted for restricted materials use. <br /> Because the Cal -Farm facility was not operational within the last five <br /> tyears, records for the site no longer exist <br /> HISTORICAL PHOTO REVIEW <br /> Aerial photographs of the site taken in 1973 and 1988 were reviewed. <br /> The main features of the facility and the vacant lot appear unchanged. <br /> At the time the 1973 photo was taken, the three storage trailers that <br /> WPI13 4.1 882526.01 <br /> 1 <br />
