Competent Person is <br /> capable of identifying risks associated with facility oil storage and SPCC <br /> regulation. Competent Person will receive Schuff Steel Corporate Environmental <br /> Compliance Training within 30 days of hire and every three years thereafter. At <br /> minimum Schuff Steel Corporate Environmental Compliance Training shall <br /> include; <br /> i.) SPCC Regulatory Applicability <br /> ii.) Best Management Practices for oil handling and storage <br /> iii.) Inspection procedure <br /> iv.) Internal & External notification procedure <br /> v.) Emergency response procedure <br /> Employee Awareness <br /> Schuff Steel, Stockton shall provide general Spill Prevention, Control & <br /> Countermeasure Awareness training to all employees.
