Each of our employees can and do pick up a broom to sweep the area they are working in. We don't have just one guy doing all the sweeping. Could you send me a sample of what you are looking for so that I can get this item corrected per your standard. All of the violations have been closed except for the failure to maintain complete personnel training records violation. Although what you sent me is good, I need a job description for each job title related to hazardous waste. For example, I know that you have staff whose job is to sweep up dust. Since the dust is treated as hazardous waste, I need to see his job description. This needs to be done with all positions (job titles) relating to the management/disposal of hazardous waste. Finally, I did not see a signed RTC form (last page of report). If you have any questions, please let me know.
