ER-91-2 FOR BUCKEYE <br /> RANCH (SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 4) : A Draft Environmental Impact <br /> Report has been prepared for the Buckeye Ranch project. The <br /> project site is bordered by Forest Lake Road on the north and the <br /> Mokelumne River on the south, five miles northwest of Lodi. This <br /> Draft EIR addresses the environmental effects of the following <br /> proposed applications: <br /> a. Planned District Application No. PO-90-1 to create 26 <br /> homesites, an equestrian center, a private 18-hole golf <br /> course, tennis courts, a clubhouse, and a nature preserve. <br /> b. Major Subdivision Application No. SU-90-9 to divide 870 acres <br /> into 26 single-family parcels ranging from 1 to 3 acres each, <br /> with a 820-acre remainder. <br /> C. Williamson_ Act Contract Cancellation Arnlication No. WC-90-1 <br /> l to cancel the Williamson Act Contract on the subject site. <br /> 1 <br /> d. Quarry Excavation Application No. OX-91-9 to permit the <br /> excavation and extraction of 1. 6 million cubic yards of sand <br /> and clay for the enhancement of Tracy Lake. <br /> Kerry Sullivan, Senior Planner, introduced the staff report. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING OPENED: <br /> Bill St. Clair (2208 Waterloo Road) : <br /> 'One adequacy problem is related to wastewater disposal D1 <br /> feasibility.
