The analysis and <br /> recylcing plan should meet the approval of the County Solid Waste Division. <br /> 4.8-5(b) Recycling measures meemmended by Me aff Mean should be incorporated into <br /> the CC&Rs. In cooperation with the solid waste collection service, appropriate <br /> bins for household recyclable materials should be placed at the project site. An <br /> awareness program should be developed to encourage residents to use these <br /> bins. <br /> 4.8-6 <br />
