To determine site significance through application of National Register criteria, several levels <br /> of potential significance that reflect different(although not necessarily mutually exclusive) values must <br /> be considered. As provided in 36 CFR 60.6 and 36 CFR 64: <br /> The quality of significance in American history, architecture, archaeology and culture is <br /> present in districts, sites, buildings,structures and objects of state and local importance <br /> that possess integrity of location, design, setting, materials, workmanship, feeling, and <br /> association, and <br /> ...(d)That have yielded, or may be likely to yield, information important in prehistory <br /> or history. <br /> Specific aspects of the cultural resources found at the Tracy Lakes Complex include their integrity, <br /> uniqueness, and research value, in addition to Native American concerns. These aspects have been <br /> mentioned in the previous discussion. Based upon the information already at hand,this complex of sites <br /> should be eligible for inclusion to the National Register due to their postulated age, size, surface j <br /> integrity, setting, and implications of their interrelationship. <br /> 24 <br />
