As provided in 36 CFR 60.6 and 36 CFR 64:
The quality of significance in American history, architecture, archaeology and culture is
present in districts, sites, buildings, structures and objects of state and local importance
that possess integrity of location, design, setting, materials, workmanship, feeling, and
association, and
...(d)That have yielded, or may be likely to yield, information important in prehistory
or history.
Specific aspects of the cultural resources found at the Tracy Lakes Complex include their integrity,
uniqueness, and research value, in addition to Native American concerns. These aspects have been
mentioned in the previous discussion. Based upon the information already at hand, this complex of sites
should be eligible for inclusion to the National Register due to their postulated age, size, surface j
integrity, setting, and implications of their interrelationship.
24
