SJCCD FM, PC <br /> measures and other project design modifications, as <br /> appropriate, to demonstrate the adequacy of the water <br /> supply to meet expected water demands. This should <br /> include an itemization of drought planning/contingency <br /> measures such as: <br /> • reducing the overall amount of area to be <br /> irrigated (i.e., golf course, vineyard, <br /> pasture); <br /> • restricting the watering of the golf course <br /> during drought periods; and, <br /> • use of native and drought tolerant plant <br /> species wherever possible. <br /> The elevation of the lowest finished floor for each Review of grading plan and SJCBD PC, C <br /> homesite should be a minimum of one foot above the on-site inspection <br /> 100-year water surface elevation.
