BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-93-456 <br /> RESOLUTION TENTATIVELY APPROVING WILLIAMSON ACT CANCELLATION <br /> APPLICATION NO. WC-90-1 OF BUCKEYE RANCH PROJECT BASED ON THE <br /> CONTRACT CANCELLATION FINDINGS, AS STATED BELOW. <br /> WHEREAS, on July 13 , 1993 , this Board of Supervisors did <br /> conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing <br /> was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence <br /> having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and <br /> this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors makes the following <br /> findings: <br /> 1. That the cancellation is consistent with the purposes of <br /> the Williamson Act; and <br /> 2 . That the cancellation is in the public interest; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that WC-90-1 be, and it hereby is, approved. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July 1993 , by the <br /> following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> AYES: BARBER, WILHOIT, SIMAS, CABRAL <br /> NOES: SOUSA <br /> ABSENT: NONE <br /> WILLIAM N.
