Reference is made to the Final E <br /> Act Contract Cancellation of a 337 acre port <br /> rezone the prothe <br /> perty from AG-40 (General Agriculture,ecommunity consisting of D6 single efamily rresidences, <br /> eventual development of the site as a private, gated rima <br /> ry <br /> of San <br /> a private 18-hole golf course and clubhouse, <br /> s rico a o?at d here'inubyre pthisresereferenc1e. The RCounty <br /> p <br /> source of information provided below an P roved the Williamson Act Contract cancellation <br /> Joaquin ('County'),the lead agency under CEQA, has app <br /> "A <br /> and adopted the findings listed below.
