The proposed lot sizes do not comply with current development
policies that would require public water and public storm
drainage.
b. The ground water quality and quantity issues should be
addressed. It should be determined whether the quantity of
water needed to serve the project would impact ground water
overdrafting problems in this county.
C. Applicant is proposing to deepen Tracy Lake. No excavation is
permitted into the ground water table without specific
approval from the Regional Water Quality Control Board,
Central Valley Region. i
i
d. Impacts of residential development surrounded by agricultural
operations should be addressed including realistic mitigation
measures.
e. Septic tank systems are allowed for sewage disposal for
residential development in agricultural and rural residential
zones only if a soil suitability study determines that the
area is suitable for septic tank usage at the appropriate
densities.
1. The proposed private sewer easements for leach fields,
located in common areas, does not comply with current
sewage standards. Mitigation should address the
viability, ownership and control of common leach field
areas.
2 . The option of the installation of a package sewer
treatment facility for the area should be addressed.
A I)Ivislnn(f S.an)naquhl t friltll)'IICaI(II(,:ICC 5('CVt('('fl
