Jones & Stokes Associates is aware that the proposed project will receive close
scrutiny from county officials and interested citizens. We intend to work closely with county
staff during preparation of the administrative draft EIR to ensure that appropriate concerns
and the county's opinions are clearly identified. It is our experience that several differences
of opinion regarding the statement of the impact, significance of the impact, or appropriate
mitigation will arise during review of the administrative draft EIR. We believe these
conflicts are best resolved by bringing technical experts to discuss the issues and resolve the
differences. In the event that the county and Jones & Stokes Associates ultimately disagree,
Jones & Stokes Associates is aware that the EIR is the county's document and will reflect
the county's opinion.
Strong and Effective Project Management
An effective management system is essential to completing the project on time and
within budget.
