CHAPTER 3. SUMMARY <br /> In this chapter, Jones & Stokes Associates will: <br /> ■ describe the project briefly; <br /> ■ describe the impacts found not to be significant either in the initial study or after <br /> analysis in the EIR; <br /> ■ identify the growth-inducing impacts of the project; <br /> ■ identify any known areas of controversy; <br /> ■ prepare a table summarizing the impacts, level of significance before mitigation, <br /> recommended mitigation measures, and level of significance after mitigation for <br /> each issue area; <br /> ■ identify any significant and unavoidable impacts of the project; and <br /> ■ prepare a table summarizing the mitigation monitoring program for each <br /> recommended mitigation measure. <br /> CHAPTER 4. LAND USE AND AGRICULTURAL RESOURCES <br /> In this chapter, Jones & Stokes Associates will address the issues of land use <br /> compatibility, agricultural resources, and consistency with plans and policies. The "Setting" <br /> section will: <br /> ■ describe the project location and regional and local land use setting; <br /> ■ identify onsite and adjacent land uses, including land uses along the proposed <br /> haul route; <br /> ■ identify relevant county general plan and zoning designations; <br /> ■ identify existing land use conflicts or conditions in the project vicinity that may <br /> affect future development of the site; <br /> ■ identify and locate prime farmlands, farmlands of statewide importance, and <br /> parcels under Williamson Act contracts located in the project area; <br /> ■ identify and locate recent Williamson Act cancellations in the project area; <br /> III-2 <br />
