Ms. Menconi served on the City of Davis Natural Resources Commission for 2 years.
<br /> She is a member of the Yolo County Water Resources Board and is a licensed pest control
<br /> adviser. Ms. Menconi received an M.S. in integrated pest management from the University
<br /> of California, Davis, Davis, California, in 1988, and a B.S. in agronomy from Utah State
<br /> University, Logan, Utah, in 1982.
<br /> Ken Bogdan is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, School of Law,
<br /> where his focus of study was in environmental and land use issues. Mr. Bogdan is a member
<br /> of the California State Bar. He has worked for the U.S. Department of the Interior's
<br /> Regional Solicitor's Office in Sacramento and for a private firm handling land use issues.
<br /> Prior to his legal studies, Mr. Bogdan worked for the New Jersey Department of
<br /> Agriculture's Rural Resources Division. Mr. Bogdan received a B.S. in environmental
<br /> management from Rutgers University, Cook College, New Brunswick, New Jersey, in 1986.
<br /> Michelle (Missy) Britt is a transportation planner with both local and regional
<br /> experience. Her responsibilities include conducting traffic studies, analysis of local and
<br /> regional traffic impacts and development of mitigating measures, and preparation of
<br /> transportation sections for EIRs.
<br /> Prior to joining Jones & Stokes Associates, Ms. Britt was an associate planner with
<br /> the Sacramento Area Council of Governments where, in addition to project management,
<br /> she was responsible for the agency's transportation modeling. Her background also includes
<br /> current planning in the Town of Tiburon. Ms. Britt received a B.A. in environmental
<br /> studies and planning from Sonoma State University, Rohnert Park, California, in 1986.
<br /> 11m Rimpo has 9 years of experience in the areas of mobile and stationary source air
<br /> quality modeling, air quality permitting, and emissions inventory development. He has
<br /> managed air quality impact studies for environmental impact reports; performed air quality
<br /> modeling for stationary, area, and mobile sources; and developed emissions inventories and
<br /> computer software to manage those inventories. Mr. Rimpo has also analyzed the air
<br /> quality impacts of the following types of emission sources: solid, hazardous waste, and tire
<br /> incineration; coal, oil, and natural gas combustion; mining operations; and aerospace,
<br /> semiconductor, furniture and automobile manufacturing. Mr. Rimpo received an M.S. in
<br /> economics (natural resource and environmental specialization) from Colorado State
<br /> University, Fort Collins, Colorado, in 1981, and a B.A. in economics from the University of
<br /> Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia, in 1978.
<br /> David Buehler, P.E., is a noise analysis project manager specializing in analysis and
<br /> mitigation modeling of noise from transportation, industrial, and other sources. Prior to his
<br /> employment at Jones & Stokes Associates, Mr. Buehler worked for 8 years as a primary
<br /> design consultant in the general field of acoustics. His experience in this area includes
<br /> architectural acoustics, industrial noise and vibration control, and environmental acoustics.
<br /> He also has extensive experience developing and conducting field studies to evaluate noise
<br /> and/or vibration impacts from a variety of sources including railways, highways, mechanical
<br /> equipment, and construction equipment.
