The applicant shall retain a waterfowl management specialist <br /> to design and supervise the planting and management of a <br /> plant compliment in the shallow zones of North an South <br /> Tracy Lakes to produce an annual seed crop for invading <br /> rodent populations in summer and migrant water birds in <br /> winter and spring. This shall also include the <br /> specifications for planting visual tree screens in the <br /> northwest portion of South Tracy Lake. <br /> 14 . All human activity in the area of South Tracy Lane and the <br /> Beaver pond shall be restricted November through April. <br /> This information shall be included in the development CC&R' s <br /> and shall be posted at any hiking trails around these <br /> features. <br /> 15. The conservation easement shall include, at a minimum, the <br /> entire South Tracy Lake area and Brovelli Woods. These <br /> areas shall be maintained as permanent open space. <br /> 16. Cattle grazing shall be prohibited <br /> 17 . The periodic tilling of South Tracy Lake shall be <br /> prohibited. <br /> 18 . The cutting of all or part of any native tree shall be <br /> prohibited. The one exception shall be a weakened limb over <br /> hanging a structure that could cause damage or present a <br /> hazard to residents. This information shall be included in <br /> the CC&R' s. <br /> 19 . The protective measures for native trees outlined in the <br /> Resource Plan shall be included in the CC&R's and shall be <br /> implemented during any on-site grading or construction. <br /> 20. A set of herbicide regulations to prevent runoff and drift <br /> into the surrounding natural botanical community shall be <br /> developed and distributed biannually to residents. <br /> 21. The following development restrictions shall be included in <br /> the CC&R's: <br /> a. No motorized vehicles shall be permitted in open space <br /> areas. <br /> b. No open fires are permitted. Contained barbecues <br /> within the house sites are permitted. <br /> C. Adopt restriction for aggressive exotic plants <br /> presented in Table 8 of the Resource Plan. <br />
