An ethnographer shall be retained to determine the <br /> relationship between the archaeological, sites and Miwok oral <br /> and traditional history. <br /> 23 . A qualified archaeologist who is acceptable to the Native <br /> American community , and a qualified Native American monitor <br /> shall both be present during all subsurface work. <br /> 24 . All construction and grading activities shall cease <br /> immediately upon the discovery of cultural resource <br /> materials. Such work shall cease until the developer has <br /> complied with the requirements of Appendix K of the CEQA <br /> Guidelines. <br /> 25. Areas of high archaeological sensitivity (shown on Figure <br /> 4 .9-3 of the Final EIR) shall be fenced during construction. <br /> 26. Acres of high archaeological sensitivity (shown on Figure <br /> 4 .9-3 of the Final EIR) shall be included within the <br /> conservation easement. <br /> 27 . Prior to any grading or construction, the following <br /> additional cultural resource studies shall be undertaken: <br /> a. Known sites shall be mapped by a professional surveyor <br /> and a qualified archaeologist. <br /> b. All existing collectives shall be analyzed, <br /> photographed, correlated, and if possible, collected in <br /> one place. <br /> C. Known sites "shall be tested to determine the extent and <br /> type of contents, plus depth, integrity, age, and <br /> intrasite patterning. <br /> d. Recordation, including mapping and photography shall <br /> follow, at a minimum, the standard procedures of the <br /> State Department of Parks and Recreation. <br /> e. Pollen and soil analyses representative of each site <br /> locality shall be done, dependent upon the material <br /> available. <br /> 28. The CC&R's shall include a statement regarding the cultural <br /> significance of the area and that there is the potential for <br /> vandalism on sites. <br />
